MuseWork may ask questions when key information could change the task direction or final result.
Why does MuseWork ask questions?
Common reasons include:
- The task goal or use case is unclear.
- The audience has not been defined.
- Multiple files conflict.
- The language, length, or delivery format is missing.
- An important operation requires confirmation.
- Essential material is unavailable.
These questions reduce wrong turns; they do not require you to prepare a complete specification.
How should you answer?
Answer each question briefly and clearly. Prioritize information that changes the outcome.
For an internal product review;
Simplified Chinese;
Deliver as a Word document;
Focus on user needs and competitive differences.
What if you are unsure?
Say so and ask MuseWork to provide reasonable options or use a conservative default.
I have not decided on the report structure. Give me two suitable options for an internal presentation.
Do not invent data or requirements just to keep the task moving.
Can you answer only some questions?
Yes. Answer what is known and identify what you will provide later.
Use Chinese and write for the marketing team. I will upload the budget data later; do not finalize budget-related conclusions yet.
Which confirmations need extra care?
For sending, publishing, deleting, paying, or other important actions, verify the target, scope, and final content before confirming.
