How can I revise existing results?

Continue from a delivered result to revise content, add sources, change formats, or create another version.

After MuseWork delivers a result, you can continue requesting changes in the same task without restating all the background.

What can you revise?

You can ask MuseWork to:

  • Shorten, expand, or reorganize content.
  • Change the tone, language, or audience.
  • Adjust titles, outlines, and section order.
  • Add new materials, examples, or sources.
  • Remove unnecessary sections.
  • Update charts, documents, or presentations.
  • Change the delivery format.
  • Modify only specified sections and preserve the rest.

How should you request a revision?

Specify the target, the change, and what must be preserved.

Shorten section two to about 500 words. Keep the conclusions and citations, and remove only repetitive explanation.

How can you avoid a full rewrite?

Explicitly limit the scope.

Change only the title and opening summary. Keep the body, data, and sources unchanged.

When something must remain, identify the relevant paragraph, heading, table, or page.

What if new material affects the result?

Explain the priority of the new material and the scope to update.

Replace the old figures with the newly uploaded August data. Update only section three and the conclusion; keep the report structure.

When should you create another version?

If you want to compare alternatives, ask MuseWork to preserve the current result and create another version.

Keep the current professional version and create a shorter version for executives.
